Tangui Jossic Blogue: DE LA SÉRIE DE PHOTOGRAPHIES "FIGURES"

Tangui Jossic est diplômé de l’école des Beaux-Arts de Nantes, où il enseigne aujourd’hui la peinture et le dessin. En 2004, les éditions MeMo publient Une vie ordinaire qui l’amènera à collaborer au prestigieux Ferraille illustré. Depuis, il développe un travail d’illustrateur-graphiste, de photographe-plasticien, de créateur de marionnettes pour des films de zazous ou bien encore de catcheur-dessinateur à moustaches (où il incarne l’un des grands champions de la discipline : Louis Vengeur). Ses travaux ont été exposés à Nantes, Paris, Marseille, Toulouse, Amsterdam, Athènes...

Born in september 1976 in Nantes, Tangui Jossic graduated from the local school of Fine-Arts. In 2004, his first book, Une vie ordinaire was published by MeMo publishers, which led him to collaborate on, among other things, the prestigious Ferraille illustré. Since then, he has been moving towards work as an illustrator and graphic designer, a photographer and plastician, a creator of marionettes for hep-cat films, or perhaps even a moustachioed wrestler-draughtsman. His works have been published in a number of editonal vehicles and exhibited in France and abroad.
